Henderson & Company is a five partner practice with a total staff complement approaching 30, and the firm has operated from the present premises in Union Street, Greenock for over 40 years. We offer a range of audit, accountancy, taxation and information technology services to clients in all sectors, ranging from sole traders to large private companies and small plcs. We place a high value on the effective use of information technology, and we have staff dedicated to IT consultancy, management and implementation, which we provide to clients and other CA firms alike. We also offer training courses in IT which are held in our in-house training suite, both to clients and to members of the public.

We have arrangements in place with two major international CA firms to access expertise in areas where we feel that our in-house knowledge should be enhanced, for example in cases involving exporting issues and taxation in foreign countries. As well as being Registered Auditors we are also regulated for a range of investment business activities by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
